Service Terms

RAAZ-e-MUSHK is a small fragrance house. We make perfume by hand in small batches. We take time with every composition so each bottle is at its best we care that you are satisfied before we are finished.

Orders placed on this site go to our order form. We confirm by phone or email before preparing and shipping. Prices, when shown, and availability may change; what we confirm with you is what we will fulfil.

You do not need an account. Your tray is stored in your browser only. By placing an order you agree that the details you submit (name, phone, email, address, and items) are correct and needed to fulfil the order.

If something is wrong with an order, or you are not satisfied, contact us. We will work with you in good faith. These terms are plain house rules, not a substitute for advice from a lawyer where you need one.
